We have good target to create more working forces engaging work in our Milking Industry and Biogas Production, Digital Printing Industry, Construction Mega Project, Dredging, Supplying, As an indenture Company working with reputed Company, Trading all sort of products and so on. Since the inception of DSC Group, our goal has always remained to follow the footsteps of our predecessor, my elder brother, Mr Md. Fakrul Islam Chowdhury, the founder chairman Mr. Chowdhury was compelled to abscond the country, at that moment he empowered the entire business responsibility to me as his most trusted representative. We are a family run business with deep rooted pioneering spirit and a wealth of highly relevant experience. Our goal is to remain at the cutting edge of every industry and create a prominent value for all our stakeholders, surrounding communities and not to forget the wider economy. Looking through the global economy which has been witnessing strong growth, we have been trying to empower our position by embracing the global perspectives in order to strengthen our future competitiveness by making bold investments in aspects that will draw a hand of contribution towards the society. We have been nourishing our core business striving to ensure a balanced approach adding value through managerial capabilities, as well as taking significant care towards the community through a wide range of corporate and socially responsive initiatives. Business growth can always be ensured through acute decision making and through utilization of the best opportunities at the right time. DSC Group has always believed in steady growth upheld with strong roots and developing a belief that customers are our first and foremost priority. Our execution in the business arena has marked a decade and continuing and we have been seeing a country which has been running with one voice and one mandate. We are thankful to our leaders and predecessors who have fought for our freedom and contributed towards the development of the economy, which has even; lend a hand of progress flourishing our company countrywide.

Currently, we have more than 55 employees from 5 different business units who are contributing to our organization towards a vibrant society creating a connection with a large customer base. In line with our vision, we have been capitalizing on growth opportunities by expanding our business horizons. Being a member of this group, I would like to pursue our strategic goal which lies in our ability to work collaboratively with all our clients and customers for cost efficiencies and exploiting business opportunities. I welcome you to this 71th Annual General Meeting of the Company Our strategy for diversification has strengthened our foundation. To reflect the multi-product nature of our business, we have now changed our name to DSC Global Engineering and Trading House (Pvt.) Limited.

FINANCE (Exporting and Importing)

2009-2017 was the years of significant achievements. Sales, profits and exports were substantially higher than in the previous year. Expansion of existing facilities, up gradation and sound financial management contributed to further strengthen our competitive position. During the year, the gross turnover rose by a fourth, to BDT.20 crores, exports by a third, to Rs 12 crores and earning per share to BDT.6 crores, resulting from the successful BDT issue made in November 2018. Civil Constructional Related Projects including all sort of sustainable developmental Works and supplying Natural Crushed Stones/Sands/goods/products/materials: We have fulfilled our target supplying cash based importing and supplying crushed stones in different Government Projects gain a lot of profit margin; our daily sale out was BDT.80 to 90 thousand as we got huge work order from different companies. Finally, the year in retrospect was truly eventful- Enthused by our performance we are redoubling our efforts to face the emerging challenges with greater confidence. In this task, we are very fortunate in having a highly motivated band of employees, ever willing to give their best. It is to them that we largely owe our excellent results. I convey to them all the sincere appreciation of the Board and my own for their dedication. I also extend my thanks to my colleagues on the Board for their involvement and mature counsel. We normally work with our clients to get various project on Constructional project and River Protection and Supplying Crushed Stones/Sylhet Sands FM2.5 to 3.0/Goods/Products/assisting logistic support further so our target is to maintain relationship for long time as we believe; “There is no success in short cut” we run after work rather than running after money” My team are highly professional young educated hardworking team. We don’t compromise the quality of work rather than quantities.

Sustainable Developmental related various enormous projects under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/PPP Project is growing fast and prompt in all over the Bangladesh, This sector is the basis for the growth and development of the sustainable developmental projects. The concept of electronic trading (e-trading) has transformed supply chain interactions in many industries, yet little research explored its implementation by Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) supply chain firms. E-trading relies on commercial information exchange by supply chain partners which is generally adopted through intermediary technology partners (Hub Providers) to facilitate the accurate and timely communication of transactional data between buyers and supplier. A case study was conducted to explore the challenges and barriers to implementation of cross-firm commercial information exchange. The study primarily involved investigation of the interfaces between software development and organizational functions assisting with the electronic exchange of commercial information (eCIX) implementation. Findings from the case study show that implementation of commercial information exchange is not an easy task with several themes of factors to be considered during delivery of such projects, namely technical, coordination, integration and organizational. The study contributes to the knowledge and deployment of e-trading solutions within the context of AEC firms, and should be of interest to the practitioners contemplating similar projects. We must set earnings per share (EPS) of 100 yen as one of our key goals for 2025, and remain focused on the strategies we have in place to realize to get the position of in good ranking regarding good working delivery will be prioritized ever and ever. we currently faces some major structural changes: a G-Zero world with a global problems in building and establishing new coal mine and coal power plant, an aging population and we will focus on rapid advances in digital innovation. When these types of changes occur, major established players stand to lose the most. Rather than shying away from change, we are determined to become a game changer. Our focus is on creating lasting initiatives Civil and Constructional Sustainable Developmental Project and Supplying all sort of Items that will impact change 10 and 20 years into the future. For instance, to address Bangladeshi's super-aging society, we have assigned specialists called Heartful Partners to retail branches throughout the country to help elderly clients.Open innovation plays a critical role in swiftly creating quality products and services for our clients. We have established a dedicated innovation office to guide our efforts and are teaming up with start-ups through our Voyager accelerator program. We are also conducting ongoing research into the latest technologies.
